The place is wonderful and comforting enough for me and the servers was phenomenal from Mr Hatim. He helped me a lot and provided a very good service. Thank you all I would recommend to visit

The hotel is good overall. We came as a group for work from Riyadh. AVOID a guy called illyas (revenue manger or something like that). He is terrible at customer service, he is a lier and not honest. Mr hassan or ihsan is awesome. Not only that, but they also tried to charge me 120 riyals for nothing. Good hotel but ruined by their cheap attitude and low values

It was a phenominal stay, everything was absolutely amazing. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and cooperative with us. They made us feel welcomed. We would definitely come back again since we enjoyed staying there.

An older hotel that has managed to retain its service and comfort levels. Staff are of an international standard with gentle local charm. Super convenient. Follow “staff parking” Signs to get there

This hotel has some of the most welcoming staff, a very convenient location, and clean comfortable beds. I want to especially thank Hanan at the front reception for her hospitality, attentiveness, and friendliness. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
