The housekeeping staff here is amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and clean. They even left us little treats on our pillows every night!

The housekeeping at this hotel is exceptional. Our room was always spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. We appreciated the fresh towels and linens every day

Room was good and cleanliness was good. We had to ask for more towels and for some reason, the extra towels were removed when the room was cleaned the next day. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff very friendly and obliging. Food in the restaurant at dinner was disappointing. Location is good for onward travel to Jubbah.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Special mentions to all IT department , they went over and beyond to help me, quick response on my unstable wifi and connections IT department staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. I had a wonderful experience every member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

First of all, when i arrived i have an issue on my intenet connectivity for my playstation but thank you for Mr. Roderick who help me on and giving his effort to check my devices. Reception are approachable, food is great and the hotel have a quite environment which is good on my stay. Bad: Far from City
