The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. Special mentions to all IT department , they went over and beyond to help me, quick response on my unstable wifi and connections IT department staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. I had a wonderful experience every member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

First of all, when i arrived i have an issue on my intenet connectivity for my playstation but thank you for Mr. Roderick who help me on and giving his effort to check my devices. Reception are approachable, food is great and the hotel have a quite environment which is good on my stay.

one of the top hotels at the kimgdome, great service beautiful rooms and clean failities, we celebrate the funding day at hotel garden we had fun with traitional music and folklor and nice family brucnh. the food is delicious and the service is great

Had one of the most great service experience by Waleed & Alim during the stay. They were really helpful during the service as well as helping us with arabic translation. Both deserve a great round of applause for their dedication.
The rooms are good but need proper maintenance. The hotel staff is warm and welcoming but rooms need to be properly equipped and maintained.

Hotel is wonderful. Outside view is like chill mood. Food and beverage people is so kind. They always make sure guest have.And nice smile ?
