Mercure Corniche Al Khobar

3 stars for the sea view on the 10th floor. 2 stars for the buffet meals and service Allegedly, restaurant staff have pending salaries from the hotel management. If it's true, then I can understand why services are poor, as manifested in most written reviews.

It was a very bad experience first the reception staff are so unprofessional and they dont know how to there job u ask for something several times and no response,even the service is bad and slow and what really pissed me off they lost one personal belongings to me and no action was taken i never been to hotel and lost something until now! I ask to compensate me with my lost but no one reply really shame ! I will never come back

From the moment I arrived as a transient for the SAPTCO VIP bus stop at Al-Khobar, I knew I was in for a great stay. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is perfect for travelers like me who rely on public transportation. The proximity to the SAPTCO VIP bus stop made it incredibly convenient for me to explore Alkhobar and its surrounding areas. It saved me a lot of time and hassle, allowing me to make the most out of my trip. The hotel itself exceeded all my expectations. The staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I stepped foot in the lobby. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had throughout my stay. The security even offered me Arabic coffee and dates. The only problem I encountered was there is no bread or cookies on their cafeteria, only coffees available. I think it’s a separate shop (The Waffle Box). Overall, I cannot recommend Mercure Alkhobar enough for its outstanding service and convenient location as the SAPTCO VIP bus stop. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional, earning it a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars rating. I went there with my family for breakfast buffet on Friday . The ambiance and view is nice but very bad Experience Really .with Buffet No omelette station . No coffee machine . Poor hot dishes , salad items very limited . Bakery section ? Welcoming of the Team not friendly . If u Greet him he don’t reply . He Talk with you while his seating . No Respect at all . I was really chucked . I hope the Management will look seriously about it .
