First off. The kitchen sink was cracked, and the cooker was disabled. That concludes the complaints. The rest of the experience was quite nice actually. The location is great with a super mart downstairs to help with necessities. The breakfast was quite good and the buffet was well stocked, a bit crowded but for good reason. The rooms were clean and the management and staff were friendly and cooperative. A really nice stay overall.

Quite a pricey hotel. Staff are very professional and the overall service is very good. The rooms are hit and miss. Some are quite worn down and others are in good condition. The first room we were placed in would barely rank 3*. However once moved, the new room was much better. A busy hotel with good access to the Haram especially for women.

Our housekeeping service was excellent. Dilwar did a splendid job cleaning our room to perfection, bathrooms were in tip top condition as well. In general our room was always clean after housekeeping left. Highly recommend this hotel

it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the front office staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient and friendly front office team. They greeted me with warm smiles, and their professionalism was truly commendable. They not only provided all the necessary information about the hotel facilities and services but also assisted me in navigating the city and its attractions.

Had a lovely 3 night stay with wife. Around 5 - 7 min walk to the masjid nabawi. Customer service was excellent. They made an effort to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Resolved any issues we had immediately. Breakfast was amazing. Would happily go again.
