recently stayed at a hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not up to par. Firstly, the check-in process was quite disorganized. The hotel's check-in time was mentioned as 4:00 pm, and although I arrived promptly, I was informed that an earlier check-in was not possible. I had to wait until 5:30 pm to be assigned a room, and even then, there was a possibility of further delays. This inconvenience was frustrating, especially after a long journey. Furthermore, I found the cleanliness of the hotel to be average. In the room I stayed in, the washroom door did not have a door handle. This oversight was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about attention to maintenance and repair. As a guest, I don't expect to spend my time dealing with such issues. Another drawback of the room was the absence of a phone. Given that there was no means of communication in the room, it was impossible to request room service or contact the hotel staff in case of an emergency. This lack of basic amenities is certainly disappointing and affected my overall experience Considering the delays in check-in, the lack of cleanliness, and the absence of a phone in the room, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. These issues should be addressed promptly in order to improve the guest experience and ensure a comfortable stay.

Worst hotel no hot water even though weather was cold I was with kids stay 6 days there very old toilet water is dreeping every where If we open tap it will come on ur face Toilet host is very old overall experience was worst please we going there for Umrah and paying good enough money we should receive proper service . Telling them from day one to fix hot water issue they keep telling I m sending someone but no one turn up until last day Never again Insha Allah

Perhaps the worst ever hotel I've been to. The close proximity of the hotel to the Mosque is the only good thing about it. Definitely wouldn't book ever again. It doesn't deserve a star. Misleading images have been posted on booking websites and false ratings lure people jnto booking. I myself spent 850 SAR on this garbage dump and will forever regret it.

i would not suggest this hotel if you’re not on a budget , cause there was no hot water, found a bug and the elevators are too small. it is at a walking distance of around 4 mins from the Masjid Nabawi tho.

Is not recommended to book a room with Andalus group at all. You might be surprised when you reach that they transfer you from Anadlus-3/Anadlus-Royal/Anadlus-Plus to Golden Andalus!!!!!!!! They say , sorry!!!!! your room is not available so you'are downgraded to the bad Andalus version ( Golden Andalus ) without any respect to your payment or reservation!!!!!!! Don't use them unless you don't care
