Rooms are OK but carpets r very dirty and the elevators are horrible. The old Egyptians and heavy duty old people push you and smash you inside the lift. At times you may be pushed out of the lift because the lift is overloaded and others want you to get out.

Hotel service is the worst and none of the staff can speak English. Heavily delayed check-ins, but they will come knocking onto your room every day at 12-3 p.m. asking you to check-out so that they can fill in new customers. Most of the customer service is unfriendly, only the cleaners are friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 days at Room 621. The first day we checked-in, the shower is already broken and everytime we use the bathroom (precisely the sink), the floor will be piled up with water and the whole bathroom is flooded. We had to call on the plumbers to resolve the issue multiple times. This hotel doesn't have daily schedule for housekeeping, you have to ask them to come and clean your room. During housekeeping, the cleaner doesn't take off his shoes so there is literally no point in cleaning. They didn't provide the room with standard necessities such as hairdryer, iron and hangers. The lights are dim, one of the night lamp is broken. Overall environment of the hotel is awkward, edgy and unpleasant, you'll often hear people arguing in the lobby at 3 a.m. At peak hours the lift will be cramped up and people will cut you off in the waiting line so you'll have to take the stairs. But the stairs smells like cigaratte and there is low ventilation there. You'll feel like dying. The only pros are that the provided Wi-Fi signal strength is very good and the hotel is only a 5 minute walking distance to Masjid Nabawi (Gate 328). But the hotel management are aware of this, the short distance to Masjid Nabawi is a great advantage so they wouldn't be bothered to fix the issues.

I don’t even know where to start. I think flushing down your money down the drain is better than wasting your money on this “hotel”. The staff at the reception is extremely rude and doesn’t care about the guests. We requested the room service several times in our 4 day stay and they didn’t even care to respond! The rooms are so smelly and dirty it’s unbearable. Right as you come with a happy mind from the prophet’s mosque, you get introduced to this slum-like place and your mood is immediately ruined. It’s impossible to get the lift properly because there’s only 4 and at many times 1-2 doesn’t even work. I had to stay in queue for as long as 40 minutes after which I finally gave up and used the emergency exit stairs. Our toilet was broken and even the toilet door too. They only fixed the toilet door lock after several requests. The carpets haven’t been cleaned since they were laid honestly. Same with the furniture. It looks like I went to my ancestral home because it looks so old and poorly maintained. The fridge smells like a dead body was stored there, I’m not kidding! I beg you to not come here and instead sleep on the streets for a better experience than this place. I request the authorities to do something about these scam hotels which mistreat their guests and don’t follow rules and regulations. Only good thing is location which they take advantage of to lure in customers and mistreat them for profit.

A worst hotel i have ever visited. Unlike the publicity, rooms are smaller, old fashion, bedsheets look like dirty, no tissue, no towel, no cup or glass, no hanger, no bin basket in washroom. It doesn’t deserve even one star. I don’t recommend anyone to waste money.

The hotel contacted me to do a confirmation payment and it appears that is a scam, how did I received the link from the hotel in our private discussion, I don't really understand! See picture attached Now I'm struggling to be refunded and it's really a mess !!! I contacted the hotel before my arrival and explain that I'll arrive at midnight, one arrived the room wasn't available. I don't recommend!
