Joudyan Hotel Riyadh

Breakfast Service, Laundry Service and Front Desk were impecable; however, in room dining experience, housekeeping and accounting were sub-par. We have a corporate account but they insisted on making us pay cash for each order. Had to call front desk each time we needed something from housekeeping cause they never pickup; we also had to followup for our requests. The pool is great but there is no service there. Rooms need remodeling, carpets and seat in room had alot of stains. TV channels are very basic. Inroom dining food looked 5 stars but need alot of work on the taste. The wagyu burger tasted worse than the regular burger, ceasar salad was super citrusy and the club sandwich taste was bland. we enjoyed the lentil soup most. If the food had been better we would have ordered alot more.

Before i get to the room, muhand the front desk personnel is the guy to go to, very professional and polite and welcoming, defiantly going there again for that. Room was more than expected compared to other hotel’s price range. Overall was good choice I recommend, oh yeah parking is easy to find in the property. There is fancy mall 3 min walking from there

While the rooms and service are top quality and the price is good the only issue with this hotel is the location. You can hear cars driving like you were standing right outside , and you can hear the other tenants on the hallway too .

I enjoyed my experience in the hotel due to their style of service. I felt a warm welcoming with saudi hospitality from the moment i walked in to front office all the way to my room, their restaurant is also setting a high standard to follow with thier service ethics and the entire staff was helpful Especially the waiters with their understanding of service ethics! Definitely visiting again in the future

Very nice a decent hotel. Location is good. Rooms are comfortable. Quick check in by reception staff. It's near to many restaurants and malls.
