Perfect walking distance to Masjid Al nabawi, only 2-3 minutes. They also have parking (it is tight) but was convenient and easy. The hotel was clean and the front desk workers were very polite and accommodating. They even had some coffee at the front entrance. Great spot and fair price and clean.

Never stay in this hotel worst service. Even the hotel name is not same as in web site. Came here they cancel the booking no refund had to repay again to get room.No towel in room . Rooms was dirty and smells so bad.Called service for towel no towel were available. Too much noise from other room. Could not sleep.

Reception the small guy is not professional at all, he helps arab guy only, until the receptionist lady helps me to check in. The room was messy during check in, I complained to reception and she gave me a room upgrade, I was happy but when I entered the bathroom the towels were used/ not new, and the bathroom smelled so bad even though it's junior suite. I gave it 3 stars because the reception lady was helpful.

Very disappointed. Not a value for Money at all No facilities provided (no water, no tissue rolls, no tea cups, no ironing facilities. Should be a 2 star hotel Not recommended at all

Spent 2 Nights during the month of september 2023. Great location , Feasible price , with basment parking but for a pro driver one with less skill never be able to take the very small curves. the room provided was having a windows exacly behind the cupboard almost which is even locked to open. the fodd area is exaclty above the receiption area on the meznanine floor , so clearly expected the smell at the entrance , one not bearble for most. mostly crowded with the indonsian national during my visit.
