The room was old and tatty looking . However the service provided by everyone who worked there was excellent and of a high standard especially the servers who were extremely attentive and helpful. Mezzanine floor was busy after Fajar prayers but the servers were quick to clean tables and get it ready. Excellent job, well done! Food was fantastic and delicious , great variety provided and menu changed daily.

Reception Service was very bad, check-in time was from 4 pm and I came at 5:15 PM and still I had to wait to get my room because room was not ready, then why 12pm is check-out time? If there was a 0-star review, I would give this hotel 0 stars. Room & bathroom are very small. Some parts are broken in the bathroom. Constant loud noise. Worst every breakfast. Elevators are small to cater to a lot of customers. Very disappointed. Not a value for Money at all.

Very very horrible hotel i have ever been in my whole life..the room was small and the staff of the hotel was very biased.. The management of the hotel have separated the dining room into two category.. and discriminate all the guest from non arab country. It is very shameful eventhough Islam have teach us to respect others without discrimination.. I will not recommend this hotel to others and Allah will see what the management of this hotel have done to us.

Hotel is just a few minutes from the Masjid, and service was good, but there were a few issues. Twice our room cards stopped working due to a fault on the door, the second time being the day we had to check out, delaying us getting to the airport on time. Also the one evening, after 10pm, someone opened our room door without knocking first which was very unnerving. The restaurant is not very big and when the hotel has group bookings, you will struggle to find any seating. The staff are all pleasant but there are improvements that can be made within the hotel. Over all, the experience was not what we were expecting.

Room for 2 very small. Lunch & dinner menu very spicy. No fruits served. Elevator is small to cater a lot of customers.
