Very neat Hotel. Modern. Very clean. All Staff have a big smile. Fadia at the reception is professional and helpful (her colleague at check-in as well, forgot her name). Sultan at the restaurant is very courteous and makes the best bakery items. His croissant are delicious and he brought me a yummy mankoushe as well. Nothing bad to say about the Hotel except that there is construction nearby which started a bit early (7am) but that wasn't a big problem for me as I had to start my day early on anyway (and the windows are quite thick actually so it reduces the noise considerably). The room is very smartly furnished and everything is eco friendly in terms of amenities. Location is very central. Thank you Hyatt Place Riyadh.

I never knew such a place existed. Away from.mainstream hotel location but a lovely property. Was there for a babyshower, so not sure of rooms. Service could have been better

My experience was wonderful in this hotel and their interest in the comfort of the guests is clear, and all the facilities from the suite to the food buffet, especially the meeting/event room, all the required services were provided to the fullest, and I thank Mr. Mohamed Hameed for his interest and care

Such a fantastic experience! In addition to the hotel being located in an upscale neighborhood of Riyadh, surrounded with beautiful, modern, and stylish coffee shops & restaurants; the actual atmosphere and experience at the hotel was that of a home. The people who woke at the reception, and others, worked together as a homogenous team that cared deeply about the success of their establishment. That was evident and noteworthy. At the reception: Abdul Aziz, Met’eb, Ibtisam, and lovely Bashayir. All lovely local young people with big smiles and generous with their time and advise for a first time tourist like me wondering where to go and what to see, among the numerous tourist & local attractions the Kingdom’s capital has to offer. The hotel is squeaky clean, and has all one needs. The breakfast buffet was better stocked than Grand Hyatt hotels I visited in the region. Everything was delicious, and fresh. I’ll surely come back to this Hyatt place location on my next visit to Riyadh.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants just across the street and is not to far away from the city attractions such as the boulevard. The staff were friendly and naturally professional. We had interactions with Amjad, Allin, Mohammed, Edward and Uzzal. I’m sure the other staff members are just as lovely as well. The room was always kept clean and tidy and it includes an indoor parking space which if you are traveling with a vehicle comes in handy. The gym is quite small, but has all the equipment needed for a good workout. The pool deck is gorgeous especially during sunrise. Also they have a wonderful variety at breakfast that you shouldn’t miss.
