Hotel and Resort Yanbu

A beautiful place to spend your holiday or weekend with your family and loved once , the location of the resort is beautiful and the view is stunning, the prices of the rooms are high and goes higher and higher as you pick bigger rooms , the outdoors are so so so beautiful and well organized and wide and the lighting outside is stunning, they have their own cafe near the port of the resort, and from there you can pick a boat and go on a trip , they have a small market that sells IceCream and other lovely stuff and they have swimming pool for men and women, and ya the have paddle court in there , the furniture is clean and neat and the Electrical devices like TV and AC and microwaves are kinda old but they do work , so lets go to the negative side of this place , as i mentioned the prices are kinda high , the service is kinda slow in there , the electrical devices are old and kinda bad , the breakfast was old and the taste is so horrible and reheated multiple times , the starbucks cafe they claim it to be Starbucks isn’t tasting like Starbucks at all , its like capsules from Starbucks they add it in the milk and so , in general , its a good place to have a vacation in with your family , and i will come back to it again for sure

The place was horrible Service trash Location is fine just a lot of flies and bugs First of all there’s no microwave,no oven, the fridge either freezes the stuff or doesn’t even make it cold the water was HOTTTT literally we put the water from the first day it barely got cold on the last day The kitchen doesn’t even HAVE ac (we rented 3 rooms and both of them are the same) We’ve found insects in the rooms We asked the room service to clean the stairs because a cat bleed onto the staircase and no one came until like 5 pm (we called them from 12) and yes we asked 3 times and the third time the guy was like: oh you’re room 120? He only swept the place didn’t clean the blood Another room the ac was barely worked The playground for the kids is literally broken There’s no garbage outside for us to put our trash in We asked kindly for the speakers (it was the National day we wanted to have fun) they said we can’t take it because its for the people outside There was no one outside??? The keys barely fit in (the door is soooo rusty) The bathroom STINKS as if someone never even cleaned it The pool didn’t even have a heater A LOT of flies in the room The rooms didn’t have a phone that we can call from The connection was trash the only thing that barely works is WhatsApp and YouTube Even WhatsApp was lagging One of the rooms didn’t have the internet password The location was nice beautiful view we wished the place would be better

Great view and quiet place to enjoy. Most facilities require maintenance. The beach is not clean for swimming, full of rocks and seaweeds.
