Great experience to be guest in this hotel. Perfect location in one of the main streets. Staff really friendly and supportive. Restaurant is one of the key values. Tasty food, really fresh groceries and warm and friendly service

An ideal place to stay for business trip. Every staff is so helpful and friendly. They also provide airport pickup. This is definitely my choice in my next visit to Riyadh

This Hotel is stuck 20 years backward, not women friendly. Very old decoration ( weapons and cigarillos ) Breakfast staff is not friendly, don't say hello and kick guests out of the breakfast room after 10:30 in a very unfriendly way. Food ist not tasty, bad quality. The area is really not enjoyable. Gym is also old and some devices are broken. I don't recommend this hotel.

Very good and staff also good breakfast also, infact they help me beyond their service as I am from Dubai my flight was delayed so i was shifted to this hotel by airline my son was having high temperature and vomiting continuously so i asked help from receptionist he himself drive and get me the domphy for my son.

Great staying here, Food is delicious. The egg chefs were great! Restaurant is amazing,it feels homely . I will mention few names , they were very helpful, polite and dedicated people - Faizul, Toufal and Ram from Housekeeping. Hakim, Moon, Rahim from F&B. Thank you Holiday Inn for the amazing stay.
