HDB HOTEL- FINANCAL DISTRICT

My experience was very disappointing. First bathroom and notably toilet seat was very dirty (unpleasant to share photo here), and despite having informed reception I come back to the room and it’s still not cleaned. It’s winter and wasn’t able to turn AC off from the room, I informed the reception, yet AC is on and i slept in the freezing cold, waking up feeling sick….

1: Hygiene: Bad experience with the cleanliness of the rooms, superficial cleaning to the highest degree, floors, furniture, bathrooms, may God bless you. My rating for cleanliness 1 out of 10 2: Breakfast: Disappointing as a hotel breakfast, God honors the blessing, not to mention the wait for dishes to be provided, cups to be refilled, or food trays to be refilled! 3: Room Service: I have to contact them (more than once) in order to provide the service, whatever the basics of the room,, 4: Elevators: Thank you for the idea of ​​perfuming the elevator, but unfortunately the perfuming device is so strong that it causes nausea and a quick headache 5: Positions: positions notes, The lack of quick access to it from the elevators!! Level 3 of the parking lot is scary, unprepared, unsafe, dirty from the sewage from wet floors, a disgusting smell, and full of building and construction tools. 6: Reception: respectful 7: Rooms: Some rooms are too small for them, this is the standard! The room was changed to a slightly larger room. The view is beautiful, but the windows are not clean The blinds are damaged and loose from the belt!!!!! 8: Difficulty using the mobile from calling or the Internet!! very strange?

WARNING.. If you want to come enjoy a hotel stay keep out of hadab. They will wake you up at 8am even if you have a do not disturb sign. Housekeeping is 0/10 If you're looking for a hot shower..well forget it cz the water will change in a moment from hot to freezing cold. 0/10 The room seats are stained!!! Nothing justifies their hotel prices

The rooms: a very small area, approximately 18 square meters, and the reception does not give room cards, so they come to open the room and walk away. Service: very poor. I booked a suite by phone before arriving. When I arrived, they said there was no reservation, and I took the small room. The location is good and there is parking underneath. As for the ratings of those who put 5 stars, they seem to be fake, because there really is a lot of stars for this hotel.
