Grand Plaza Al Nuzha

The only positive thing is the loaction of the hotel. Our first day was horrific. Bugs, spiders, mosquitoes all over the room, bathroom. The housekeeper manager refused to clean the room. We waited for three hours and after taking aggressive action, there was some cleaning after 3 hours. Elevators don't work. People set up their tables in lobby and eat there. Food smell in the lobby. Will never ever stay here ever IA

No signal at hotel rooms and the hotel Internet would not support all phones. Takes not more than 5 mins to get to masjid al nabwi. The Staff was cooperative and the food at the restaurant of palatable.

The Bathroom of the Triple room was too small and shower was throwing water at the electric switch board. The triple room was small. The staff was exceptionally helpful, from Reception to the lower staff. Due to it's close proximity to the Masjid gate, lifts were full. So there is a need of more lifts like tube lifts, as I can think of. It was too safe and the hotel cafe in the lobby was amazing with excellent coffee and other savoury plus sweet items. I needed to stay for a couple of more days just to try all the flavours of coffee. But on the other note, overall the place was a good stay for 8 days and we had a nice stay overall. Will In Shaa Allah come again, just because the food at the restaurant just next to it was great. Every kind of shop especially the pharmacy was near. The best being that we were more women folk in a group of 5, it was just a few steps from the Haram's ladies praying area.

The only good thing about the hotel is, it’s near to the Masjid Nabawi but overall the hotel is really bad. I don’t think they change the bed sheets like ever. We found a lot of bed bugs in our rooms and a lot of stains as well on the bed sheets. The elevator took forever too so we had to take the stairs when we stayed there as we waited for almost an hour to get in to the elevator.

Only walking for 2 minutes to go to Nabawi Masjid. Room was stink, like they don't change the duffet and else. Bad menu on breakfast, only rice and sausages. Imposible to find elevators when you need it.
