Grand Plaza Al Nuzha

The Bathroom of the Triple room was too small and shower was throwing water at the electric switch board. The triple room was small. The staff was exceptionally helpful, from Reception to the lower staff. Due to it's close proximity to the Masjid gate, lifts were full. So there is a need of more lifts like tube lifts, as I can think of. It was too safe and the hotel cafe in the lobby was amazing with excellent coffee and other savoury plus sweet items. I needed to stay for a couple of more days just to try all the flavours of coffee. But on the other note, overall the place was a good stay for 8 days and we had a nice stay overall. Will In Shaa Allah come again, just because the food at the restaurant just next to it was great. Every kind of shop especially the pharmacy was near. The best being that we were more women folk in a group of 5, it was just a few steps from the Haram's ladies praying area.

The only good thing about the hotel is, it’s near to the Masjid Nabawi but overall the hotel is really bad. I don’t think they change the bed sheets like ever. We found a lot of bed bugs in our rooms and a lot of stains as well on the bed sheets. The elevator took forever too so we had to take the stairs when we stayed there as we waited for almost an hour to get in to the elevator.

Only walking for 2 minutes to go to Nabawi Masjid. Room was stink, like they don't change the duffet and else. Bad menu on breakfast, only rice and sausages. Imposible to find elevators when you need it.

this hotel is very near to masjid nabawi, only takes 2 minutes walk. the room is quite clean, so is the bathroom. it have water heater and hairdryer too. there are room facilities such as tv, electric kettle, and fridge. and the food is delicious. overall this hotel is good.

One of the most unhygienic & dirty hotels i have ever visited..due to the large amount of people staying in hotel lifts are always on waiting..staff is totally unbothered about cleaning n room service..rooms and bathrooms badly needs renovations ..smelly rooms with lots of bathroom bugs, congested , old stinky carpets in the rooms,broken furniture,poor wifi signals and with no amenities..you will not get an empty glass no toiletries,fresh bedsheets or even a tissue box in the room unless you ask for it..no room service available for anything...you have to bring or buy your own stuff like iron, glasses,electric kettles etc They charge fine enough but they dont deliver enough according to the amount they charge. Only and most positive thing about this place is that is a 2/3 minutes walk from hotel to Masjid e Nabwi..
