It's good but there is no room service without asking that every day!! Once I needed water so I caled them, the lady on phone told me "go to the shop and buy water!!!" ..for me, it was soon disappointing ...I didn't expect that

Definitely not 5 stars hotel, location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Al Masjid Al Haram, room cleaners don't come regularly unless you call for them, lack of maintenance makes the hotel look very old, food is offered as an open buffet however some of the canteen staff try to restrict and control what you want to eat which is annoying and make the open buffet meaningless

good service. cleaner comes everyday. good free breakfast at 6am. lots of local shops around. al-haram is like 10mins walk away. only downside is terrible wifi.

clean room and bathroom. Ground floor has gift shops and greceries and from outside exchange, Turkish restaurant and juice shop. Around 3 small mousqe next to it the popular one is Al-jin mosque

If you want a place where u can't sleep night but only day, this is yours. They mix families having no respect to others with people wanting peace. I asked many times room change without clear yes or no just bla bla.
