Golden Tulip Qasr Al Nasiriah

During my stay at the Golden Tulip, the staff were very friendly and attended to my needs. The cleaning staff is amazing and really organized. During Asr time they had a coffee bar in the lobby that was amazing.

Clean, not bad rooms. Parking easy to find. In the middle of DT. For sure good price. Note: i think the ac system is old or need to be maintained due to annoying sounds often.

They will confirm your booking and then cancel it. I had a horrible experience with them and they have very poor customer service. All their other reviews 4-star reviews are all fake. Trust me you are better off booking another hotel and saving your experience. They have way too much cheap crowd booking and they are running this place like a motel. I have reported my credit card for their scam show.

Highly recommended!! We requested for a crib and a bathtub prior to our booking and they responded immediately to our request that they will provide? My 8 months old baby love the room and enjoy her bath ☺️. Room was clean (tho the door of tha toilet has molds) ? staffs are very nice and approachable, we didnt have any problem checking in and checking out. My only concern is whenever we use map to look for the hotel it always lead us to the back of the hotel. The first time we arrived there we saw the underground parking and tbh, it freaked me out. We saw 1 person sitting there and asked if there's parking infront of the hotel and he said none, and if we park "here", there will be elevator that will lead us to the reception. We look for the elevator and we didn't see anything aside from the stairs. I went up and i didn't see anyone. Got scared since we have a baby with us, i asked my husband to look for the front of the hotel that shown in the map. We circle around and it keep us leading there, it took us 30 mins to find the way going to the front of the hotel ?‍♀️

Reservation made 3 days prior to my arrival via Kanoo, upon which I was informed that no reservation has been made, despite the confirmation received and that they are fully booked. Unprofessional receptionist, pretty bad experience.
