The hotel is too close to Haram. The rooms are antique and need an immediate upgrade. Bathroom plumpers need to be fixed and removed. Reception is ok but they have nothing to do with the poor facilities that were already placed years ago. Don't recommend it to anyone who needs a comfortable stay.

No room service. No house keeping. Leaking toilet and sink. Rude staff at front desk. Looks like no one checks condition of hotels in Saudi Arabia. Hotels are allowed to claim whatever star they want to. The only good thing about this place is its location which is very close to Haram. If you want to stay here, make sure to buy your own towels, shampoo and soap from Bin Dawood store across the street.

One of the worst Hotel probably i have stayed and I have been to 70+ countries. I don't understand, how this hotel is 3-star. 1) All the pictures on different websites are from 20 years ago. Everything is super old and broken. Beds are like swings, chairs are broken, taps leaks flooding the bathrooms. 2) Rooms smells so bad because of some super old carpets that are stained everywhere. Maybe they were last changed 20 years ago. 2) Management is one of its kind. Room services never comes to clean the room or even provide towels. If you call them 5-10 times, you might get lucky they will come after 2-3 days and I am not exaggerating.

Poor customer service, the manager there is not helpful. Sits at the desk and stares at the monitor. During off seasons, he says hotel is fully booked. We wanted to change rooms becuase it had a really bad smell and old carpet. They should remove phones from each room, when you call to request something, it will never come up. I went to Bin Dawood to purchase all basic amenities. Only good thing, breakfast was good and it was close to haram. Rooms and customer service are really poor. Spend a little extra money, but get a different hotel.

The worst hotel I’ve been in. Would rather sleep in a gutter. Extreme mold everywhere. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. They fought with children in the lobby because they ran away from a large moth and ridiculed the children, then promptly kicked them out. They discriminate against any and all non Arabs, and show clear bias when deciding whether to allow general behaviour. Honestly a very very awful experience with a bunch of racists.
