Worst hotel Very poor customer service No one in the reception will respond If you think it is very close to haram, you are mistaken. It is up the hill even young people cannot reach the hotel. They claim that there is a club cart available to pick and drop but it is hardly available If you are planning to go with your family I strongly do not recommend Also the rooms are very old ,they have reopened recently, it was closed for more than 3 to 4 years. Only the good about it is the food which is ok and you have to pay 50 SR. Lastly even the staff working over there would talk bad about the hotel and it is not worth half star also.

The hotel's reception is very worst. People are left standing for more than 2 hours to get checkin. When asked the receptionist tells go and complain to anyone. We work like this only.

Whatever you do, please stay away from this hotel. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, the front desk attendants made us wait 2 hours in the lobby for our room but seemed to keep laughing and having jokes whenever no one was complaining to them as if they didn’t care at all. When we finally got the keys to our room and headed up there, the room was completely dirty as if the previous guests had literally just left and no housekeeping had cleaned the area yet. There was trash all over the room, beds unkept, messy bathroom. And I haven’t even mentioned the stench throughout the entire hotel. They give a bad name to the Elaf brand. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The are cheaters ? and the are so bad don't booking with them they will keep you without room and they are soo bad they let you I'm makka with room and they said its not booked and u have confirmation I advice you don't book there

do. not. stay. here services are poor. location is on a steep inclined road. services are unresponsive and really just bad in general, though the people are friendly. no WiFi at all not in the restaurant, room, nor lobby. the elevator takes forever so you're better off using the stairs. the rooms are smelly as hell its as if its not cleaned. if i could rate lower than 1 star, i gladly would
