We were 30 persons who came for Hajj. We arrived to the hotel after a long trip and when we wanted to get the rooms which we booked through Nusuk website, they wanted to put every 6 persons in a room while we paid for rooms of 4 persons as a maximum capacity. They didn’t want to give us the rooms and we waited in the lobby for long time. That’s not accepted at all. We should take what we paid for.

Horrible service they asked us to shift twice to two rooms in different floors bcz they had some plumbing work going on. very inconvenient. No respect to guests. We had a very unpleasant stay and spoilt our stay in madinah PLEASE DON’T BOOK this hotel. You won’t be able to fulfill your umrah needs.

Smelly rooms...no house keeping..very congested rooms..no WiFi no Internet inside rooms. Overall 2 star hotel

The room was pathetic.....old furnished...all furniture were damage condition....No room service....no bed sheets change ....no accessories for wash room were available.... over all poor quality...only good thing staff behaviour was good warm welcoming and very near to Masjid Al Haram( Madinah) 5 minutes walk to womens gate#25.
