Crowne Plaza Hotel Riyadh Minhal

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crowne Plaza, and it was an experience worth raving about. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a pristine environment and warm hospitality. Anthony Devan, my room attendant, provided exceptional service throughout my stay. He ensured that my room was immaculate and attended to any requests promptly, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The cleanliness of both my room and the entire hotel was impeccable, contributing to a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards was evident, reassuring especially during these times. The culinary experience at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The food was not only delicious but also presented beautifully. Each dish I tried showcased the culinary expertise of the chefs, and the variety offered catered to every palate. Moreover, the staff at Crowne Plaza were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Whether it was assisting with directions or providing recommendations for local attractions, their professionalism and friendliness made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Overall, my time at Crowne Plaza was marked by excellent service, exceptional cleanliness, delicious cuisine, and a welcoming environment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly remarkable stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a month, I’ve tried all the services/pros and cons of the hotel and here they are: Pros: The staff are very welcoming in every section, you’re greeted always and they make sure that you’re always served, this is something that I consider quite spectacular in this hotel. The amenities like the gym/sauna are absolutely amazing and the gym is good! The room hygiene is fantastic , there’s a different change in technique used every time. The car garage is pretty good but has raw food scent but itll do The location is pretty good! The cons: I’ve noticed multiple times on the suhoor in ramadan and breakfast where a small fruit fly is lurking in the exposed to air food, Ive mentioned this to the receptionist and I was surprised being told to take a photo of it as if I was lying or some sort, having that said Ive had food poisoning from the food itself! The breakfast itself (esp the food that was covered since it’s only what I ate) wasn’t spectacular but more of an average, there was some food with fungi on it, the variety isn’t great.

I stayed almost a bit more than a week here. The breakfast and house keeping is quite up scale. If you check-in ask to be on 4th floor where Anthony Devan will take care you in a quite hospitable way. Always greeting you with a smile. You will find a lot of options in the breakfast and the staff to serve is also quite courteous. Could be good to have a staff available at the gym to welcome and guide. Overall it was a good stay.

Have been staying at Crowne plaza since more than a year now and staying here almost every week. The staff here is very friendly and go out of their way to help in the best way possible. Rafiq at the lobby is always smiling while he welcomes you in the hotel and makes you feel at home. Special mention to the housekeeping staff Venkat and Anthony who always do their best to keep your room clean beyond your expectations. Really like staying at this hotel.

Everything went well here. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are well-maintained. The only disadvantage I can think of is the location. There are no supermarkets or restaurants withing walking distance and therefore I had to order from the hotel's restaurant which was VERY expensive. Ordering food online without a saudi phone number isn't allowed. Having said that, it was all good and special thank to Anthony who maintained our room efficiently.
