Excellent hotel. I used the executive lounge and was attended to by Mr Yasser Ahmed. He deserves a special mention as he goes out of way to ensure guests are well catered for. It is exemplary staff like these that make me want to come back. Thank you for making my stay memorable

I stayed here during my recent visit and it was my first ever stay at Conrad. I was bit reluctant as I always stay at Hilton suites but was very impressed by the guest relations and their duty manager M Ali and also the housekeeping esp for room 1807. M Ali the duty manager went over and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and most of the guests returning are loyal customers who only spoke highly of him. Also the cleaner was very courteous and made sure every thing was immaculate. I will definitely be returning and hoping to see Ali and his team back. Very professional and thorough.

This was the first time I did not stay in the clock tower and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, the staff was great and super helpful. They provided fresh squeezed juices for breakfast. It's super close to gate 79 and I can see my hotel as I am walking back. The elevators were very quick during the time I stayed. The hotel is also attached to Jabal Omar mall which has great options for food and gifts.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. We are a family of four. The room was big enough for us to keep our luggage and also move around. The bathroom was pretty large and well maintained. We had a great time in this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is close to the haram. I would stay again here. The reception service is a bit slow but it was not that bad. Overall a great place to stay.

Calm, clean and elegant. Very warm and friendly staff, starting from the security man, welcoming us with warm prayers , the polite reception, the reception also at the lounge and chef Mohammad. Thank you everyone for your hospitality and service. I would love to visit again.
