The worst experience I had in a hotel in Jeddah The front office employee is bad in dealing with guests and offended me (only one of them) The room air conditioning is not good, I called the technician twice and he comes and the problem is not resolved yet When you contact the front office from the room they don't answer the call

It was really a comfort experience the room was super nice a cozy and i loved the view and a very special thanks to the receptionist Sultan Al Otaibi he was very professional and helpful and super polite, and i would definitely come again.

My visit to Jeddah was amazing, first time returning to the kingdom after 2 years of restrictions because of COVID. We started by staying at Various different hotels and airbnb. Comfort hotel was the best one yet. The hotel rates as a 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️but can easily fall under a 4 star hotel. We had the best customer service. Samar, aka our daughter. ( not really our daughter) ?Abdullah and there was one more young man that took the time to print some papers we needed for our trip. they all went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff were magnificent. Thank you all for an exceptional stay. I am highly recommending Comfort hotel to everyone. Sadly, I failed to take pictures. You will not be disappointed.
