Comfort Hotel Jeddah King Road

Good value hotel and very friendly staff. The room was wonderful and although great it was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for us But the cleaning service wasn’t good but its ok It will be not the last time Thank you comfort hotel ?

This is not my first stay in this hotel and won’t be the last.. they are amazing in all aspects.. starting from the staff especially security men who helped us to find a parking spot every time and front desk who welcomed us in very generous way like we are visiting him at his home ( thanks Abdulrahman) check in process done smoothly and with no time since I have booked my stay earlier through booking. I request to extend my check out time to be at 1400 hrs and they accepted my request immediately with welcoming words, moreover I unintentionally felt asleep to 1430 hrs, front desk called to remind me about the check out time and she offered me luggage carrying service while they didn’t suppose to be since it is a 3 stars hotels, then she gently apologised for calling but this is part of the work ( unfortunately I didn’t catch her name to thanks her) , hotel is in tidy and clean condition, beds and pillows are comfortable, located in very good location beside panda market, and gym is equipped with very high quality gears However, parking is quite limited but in all my 5 days staying there I never parked out side hotel parking lot

Is there something way below poor which I can rate Don’t even think of staying here even for half a day, it is embarrassing for me and a guest to know there are “NO” basic facilities like laundry, Room service - Food and no one to even help you with your luggage even when one person has 3 big suitcases to carry except a guard who is busy with his mobile… Absolutely a disaster… Expecting this kind of a service in Jeddah is very untrue or unheard off..

The worst experience I had in a hotel in Jeddah The front office employee is bad in dealing with guests and offended me (only one of them) The room air conditioning is not good, I called the technician twice and he comes and the problem is not resolved yet When you contact the front office from the room they don't answer the call
