Capital O 162 Brzeen Hotel for me was very great. The room I stayed in was very comfy and spacious. However, there was some problem I've encountered. First, I've booked my reservation ahead of time, but why is it that there is no available room when I got there??? So what's the use of having an early reservation??? Second, NO available kettle in the room and the receptionist is not very accomodating. Maybe next time, if someone booked for a reservation, you should reserve the room for him/her, so that the client will not wait for a long time. So far, I've had a great time staying in this hotel ???

Its my second stay here , and i will stay again. The occupancy was up but physically the condition and services are deteriorating. Need to work up a bit to upgrade and maintain the facility.

I’ve always tell to my friends that if they want to travel to Riyadh they should choose this Hotel. They have promotion every now and then at the lowest price. The amenities they offered were good. They are very accessible. I love this place❤️

Very bad experience from the front desk staff with not right attitude for that job. Rooms were given without a key and asking us to contact the staff whenever we want to open the room door from outside. No Wi-Fi in the room, no towels, no kettle, no drinking water and the furnitures are old and damaged. Not worth the money paid only the good thing was the bed was okay and acceptable.

2* hotel. Basic room features. No coffee amenities, no coffee shop, or restaurant. Room rate is low. Parking available basement. Ideal for travelers good for one night, or who wants to have a sleep bin Riyadh.
