Room was nice and clean but so much dissapointed with the services. It took long time for the front desk to answer the call. There are many attempts made for the phone call for the front desk but no one was answering.I have to go down myself to look for staff but no one was there.i saw the concierge at the front lobby.He said the front desk staff went some where. The room was booked for 3 people and paid for 3 people but the towel was prepared only for 1 person. The tea set also prepared for 2 person only.Same with water only prepared for 2 person. I have to ask for it which i find very uncomfortable. Why they didnt check before we enter the room?
