Stayed at this hotel during 2nd Locdown 6-8th November 2020 and then again May and July 23. Great service and immecable rooms. Close to the airport ? with nice local amenities. Akhlaq bhai went out ifnhis way to assist even going out to get us food. Highly recommended.

Very clean. The staff very courteous. Abdulla at the counter very helpful, Though it is on the expensive side. Their breakfast could use an improvement. I mean per night it is 300sar!! That’s the only setback, the price.

The hotel is great honestly and the service was very good! There is a good gym and swimming pool, they offer breakfast as well and the food was delicious. The reception treated us so well, his name is Mr. Hani he treated us with respect and anything we asked for he did for us. Thank you Bram Hotels for such great service and making our trip to Jeddah great.

It was my worst experience ever.. very mean and non professional early morning receptionist 14/01/2022 ,, the bathroom not clean ... the TV remote control was broken and someone bite it .. and I requested new one 3 times then they changed it .. parking is very small and if came late maybe you will park at the end of the road ..the breakfast was good .. Internet was good .. sofa was broken and we couldn't make it as a bed .. for me I wonder what makes this hotel 4 stars
