I recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel. My experience began poorly right from the start, as there was no parking spot available for hotel guests. This created a significant inconvenience, especially after a long journey, as I had to find alternative parking quite a distance away. Upon checking in, things did not improve. When I tried to enter my room, the key card didn't work. After several unsuccessful attempts, I had to trek back down to the reception to get it replaced. The staff at the reception did not seem particularly concerned about this inconvenience, which was frustrating. When I finally managed to get into my room, I discovered that there was no one available to assist me with my luggage. I had to carry all my bags myself, which was quite a hassle. This lack of assistance highlighted the poor room service and the overall lack of attentiveness from the hotel staff. The room itself was average at best, and considering the initial issues, it was not worth the hassle. Having traveled to 40 countries around the world and used booking services since 2015, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The combination of no parking, malfunctioning room keys, and nonexistent luggage assistance made my stay extremely unpleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are certainly better options available that offer better service and more convenience for their guests. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to stay.

* There is no window in rooms.. so you cant see sunlight or outsite. * you have to pay for sauna and steam room even if you are customer of the hotel. Even sauna is not hot enough. * only reception employee is nice * breakfast acceptable. It is an expensive hotel for this level.. so it is not worthy for value.. It is expensive hotel but you have to pay for sauna extra.. this is silly.. i have never seen such hotels asking for extra money for sauna.. First and last time in this hotel for me..

The only good thing about the hotel is how clean it is. Otherwise everything is not up to the expectations especially when you consider the price and the hotel given stars (supposedly 4-star hotel). -The location is not too bad but wouldn’t say it was good. It is at least 30 mins driving from city attractions; especially when it gets crowded (and it always the case in Riyadh). -At check-in, we were given zero information about the hotel so we had to figure out everything ourselves. -Lobby area is not bad. -No one is out to welcome guest so we had to go and ask for bellboy to help us with the luggage (if you needed as we did). -Parking spaces are very very limited and unidentified. After parking there, you will struggle to get to the lobby; it seems like the parking is made for the events hall as its entrance is the first thing you’d see after parking (you could mistakenly enter a wedding hall). -Rooms are very small and walking spaces is limited. It has only one small window. We were given a baby cot that was very old and worn-out. -Bathrooms are smaller than you could imagine. -Service is insufficient and not up to the expectations; you need to ask for anything you expect to get regularly (like trash changing and daily room cleaning). -check-out is very long although no one was there other than me and someone else.

We did lunch in an event , the food was ok, meat and chicken were imported, not local means frozen (unfrozen). They didn't serve cold drinks, they said not in the package, I am asking who make these unstandard packages? Hotel must have their own standards, if a customer cannot enjoy food without cold drink then who will recommend your hotel to any one? When we enter the food arena, there was no waiter and we have opened the heavy covers of food dishes... Overall bad experience

Review is based on 3-4 visit.. over a different period of time.. Worst hotel. Rooms lack insulation. Throughout the night you can hear people walking and talking outside. Washrooms are small and have limited hot water. Outdated furniture. The worst part is the Reception. No smiles no greetings and the guys there don't understand English. Just imagine how they might be dealing with non Arabic speaking guests. No one will entertain on the calls. The breakfast buffet is limited. The cook ( humiliating to call him chef) is always resting in the kitchen and the staff have to call out his Highness to do the honours. Never had worse eggs.. In this price you can get far better place to stay. The management ( manager Ahmed) trying to be over smart all the time thinking the guests are stupid. They are not serious in training the staff especially the front desk/reception. Like other people said, paying a deposit of sar 100 in cash as they don't trust their guests for mini bar. No windows, no views, no personalized service. Seems like they are doing a favour to the guests. Zero etiquettes in staff.
