Rooms are clean and they have free shuttle service to Masjid Al Haram which is around 10 minutes by walking from the hotel. Overall good for the price.

Useless hotel, this is 1 star Hotel. Who mentioned as 4 star? noone come for cleaning. Noone knows the meaning of towel. They should know the basic international language. Very bad experience. I will never come in this hotel anymore.

The rooms okay, clean and nice, but the service is not very good, no laundry inside, no food service, the hotel system is not that much, u have to check ur room if it's empty or not before u use it.

Good hotel. Price is reasonable. Although maintenance could be a bit better, it was still a decent experience

Hotel itself and rooms are good. They are providing free pick and drop from and to Harram. Toilet flush was not working and i asked them but the staff didn't change the room and either tried to fix it and replied wait until morning while i was staying for only one night. That means they are not checking the maintenance periodically or they provided me this room even after knowing the issue.
