Al zaha Hotel

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Zaha Al Madina I recently had the misfortune of staying at Zaha Al Madina for a night, and while the room was adequate for the price, the customer service was abysmal. The reception staff demonstrated a blatant disregard for honesty and integrity, engaging in deceitful practices that left a sour taste. Upon requesting an extended check-in, the receptionist explicitly confirmed the agreed-upon price. However, when it came time to check out, they reneged on their commitment, refusing to honor the previously agreed-upon price and instead extorting additional money you can't do anything because they ask for security deposit. This egregious behavior is unacceptable and exemplifies the worst form of customer service. To potential guests, I strongly advise obtaining written confirmation of all agreements and being cautious when dealing with this hotel's staff. Their unscrupulous tactics and disregard for customer satisfaction make for a deeply unsatisfactory experience. Rating: 1/5 (and that's being generous)"

Very nice hotel, the food was different everyday and good variety, very short walk to the prophets (peace be upon him) mosque. Recently I have noticed the hotel doesn't have any availability online anymore, does anyone know how to get a booking???

The Zaha Hotel is commendable, offering cleanliness and adequately sized rooms. The reception staff is highly professional, and the helpers' behavior is pleasant. The distance from Masjid Nabawi is walkable, although it may pose some difficulty for the elderly or those with mobility issues. One disappointment is that the bathroom hand spray is located on the left side; the hotel should address this issue. Initially, I was offered a small room without an outside view, but upon request, they changed it to a room with a nice view of the road. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Everything is broken in the room and the bathroom. The sink was clogged, the room is dirty, the carpet had a big burn mark. Not worth the money, there are better options. I wanted to cancel the rest of the nights but they didn't accept.

Location is good. Its walking distance to masjid nabwi. Walk is about 1 km. Stayed 3 days but they did noy clean up the washrm and room. I did not liked the breakfast there too.
