Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to masjid nabwi. The walk is flat, easy and literally in a straight line once you come out of the hotel and turn right. The reception area is on the ground floor with plenty of seating for you and the family. Kids can also run around as there’s open space.

Located at Salam Road , walking distance to Masjid Nabwi. Straight to gate no. 316 of masjid nabwi. The hotel will keep some deposit money which will be returned upon check out time. (Kind request to hotel management: please change the check in time earlier than 4pm, as the guests arrive from different countries in different times) -clean rooms -good breakfast -nice service

Was good.! Rooms were a bit small and washrooms inside were not that good but overall the hotel is worth the money paid.

Could do better. cabinet door broken & not fixed when asked. No bedlinen & towel changes nor room cleaning on daily basis took place as stated on their website. Personal room safe had broken lock. therefore, I need to carry my personal documents & money wherever I go out in town .

Quite spacious rooms. Got everything that one need to have in a hotel room. Enough space for baggage. Washroom is also spacious. They even provide new tooth brushes, in case you forgot to bring. Shower area is bigger than many other 5 star hotels. Rooms are almost sound proof. There is also one iron with iron board. Fully air conditioned, even corridors and elevators. Complementary arabic tea at the reception area. Breakfast has many good options. Room Carpet is bit old but well cleaned. Over all good experience.
