Card system complete failure and the staff on the reception is very rude. Literally will behave as if you are their servants or living for free. At least hire people who are good with talking rather then giving answers rudely on guests face. We have paid you for the room at least you can talk softly. Their rooms are filled with chinch

I used to stay for 5 days in this hotel I really like everything’s was perfect especially the location walking 3 minutes to the Haram All you needs are around you restaurants walking 5 minutes supermarkets nearby

This is a good hotel. Less than 5 mins to haram from the imam side. Although we travelled in Ramadan so obviously overpriced. But given what happens in holy cities during pilgrimage: I’d say acceptable. Room photos from website are acceptable and good representation of what one will get. As others have mentioned there was blockage of shower likely due to hairs. But I don’t think there is concept of drain cleansers here. Get one of your own if coming from western world ??. Paid 650SAR PER night for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) usually off-season one can get this for 200SAR
