Very good place to stay with family. Easy access to markets and shopping malls and shuttle service to Haram. Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Hello guys If you are travelling to Makkah for Umrah and looking for a good hotel in low budget then this will be the best option for you I stayed there 6 nights with my family and we are fully satisfied with there service Whenever you will call them for the room service or for any kind of maintenance they will reach you in Minutes They have free shuttle to Haram for Prayer times I never used there bus service because I had my own car They have free car Parking There are many restaurants nearby Pakistan restaurant ( Faisal Hotel on walking distance around 15 minutes walk ) Highly recommended Whenever I will visit Makkah I would like to stay again in this hotel

Clean and neat rooms. Car parking available in mezzanine. Bus shuttle services to Haram. Areas to improve Internet connection ie weak. Bus in not punctual. Limited option for restaurants.

Me and my family are very disappointed at this hotel and we will never book this hotel again. The only good thing with this hotel is that it is clean, that’s it. But there service is so bad. On their website it says that it is free busses from hotel to haram and back. Every day we have to wait one hour in haram and call the hotel 100 times to ask where the bus is. And they told us every half hour the bus go from haram, they are lying. When we talk with the reception they are very mean with how they talk to us. Every other hotel have busses that goes from haram every 20 minutes. Only this hotel always have problem with the bus. It’s not okey how they talk to us, treat us and how they are lying with the bus time.

The receptionist knows nothing about customer satisfaction and to deal with customers. There are frequent power outages that last for hours and hours. When you check-in, the rooms are not ready and you have to keep waiting.
