This hotel is close to door 330 of the Nabawi Mosque courtyard, only about 30-40 meters. The hotel facilities are good, but 1 room filled with 4 beds is a cramped place. There are only 6 lifts, which is not enough to serve guests who use the lift at busy times. the food menu is not appetizing. competitive price per night

We stayed from 02-08 Jan 2024. family of 16 , so we had 6 rooms booked. The hotel is old, definitely need an urgent upgrade. Front desk services is terrible, actually non existent as they just stare at you. the rooms are in need of a dire deep cleaning. housekeeping is poor, some days not cleaned. Breakfast is decent. only positive thing was distance to haram, gate 329. literally a stone throw away, but be mindful as you can get stuck waiting for the elevators, its slow and only 4 for the entire hotel. will certainly not stay again. other hotels that are said to be in next road a actually a much better option as it is just across from taiba.

First of all I'd like to thank Rubel & Anis for their amazing out of this world service. Always making sure the room was tidy and fully stocked. The Hotel is good but what makes it even more special is the distance to Masjid e Nabvi ❤️ it literally was 30 seconds from the reception. The room came with all the basic necessities. We were welcomed with a some mixed fruits. The staff was amazing! From the guards to the receptionist, Managers and House keepers everyone did an amazing job during our stay. We had a minor issue with a window but within 5 minutes the manager arranged a replacement room for us. Continental Breakfast buffet was good with a huge variety. Everything was fresh and delicious I wish I could have stayed longer..

Service is very bad. The receptionist was very mean and made us wait for 5 hours to check in, until another receptionist came in and dealt with us promptly The rooms are outdated and falling apart. The lights barely work and makes the room extremely dark The elevators take ages to come - sometimes we waited for 20-30 minutes! We ended up using the stairs all the time. Cleaning of the rooms were good, but of the facilities, hallways and stairs was horrible. Dishes would be left outside other rooms for days and used dishes would be kept by the stair foyer. The breakfast was good and the location is excellent but it’s fair to say I will never go to this hotel again, and I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

We went as a family for umrah and had a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all. We had no hot water for 24 hours, the bathroom was smelly, when you call the reception no one comes to support you, the services were so slow things would take hours to arrive when ordered.They put 4 beds in a room that could only accommodate 2\3 people, one of the beds was pushed right to the bathroom door. The ONLY redeeming quality of the hotel was the location. Honestly save your money and book elsewhere.
