Hotel is only good for it's location. The beds are extremely small, there is no room to even turn in bed. Rooms are small and you can't get room service or house keeping no matter how many times you call. There are 3 Elevators for the whole hotel which are soo slow. If you want to go to namaz leave an 30mins early just to get one going down. if not you will have to take the stairs. Would avoid this hotel like the plague.

Feeling INSULTED and RIDICULED It is so Disappointing regarding the service provided. i stayed in room 402 dated 5th August 2022. i have requested at the reception for five single bed as i had two adults and 3 children.the receptionist told me that he is giving me three bed room . when took the family to the room it was just one double bed . when i asked to change the room , they requested extra amount. when i refused to pay extra , they gave the blanked to put it on the floor and sleep on the floor. this is so embarrassing and insulting specially when someone is paying this amount of money without getting the service.I will never advise any one to go to this hotel at all. I expect an apology and reply from Hotel managment. Thank you

Hotel basically has only one thing going for it is location. My biggest issue is I am 6 ft tall and beds are extremely small. No room to even turn in bed. Management tells all beds are same size. Rooms are smaller. No room for 2 ppl to pray together. Elevators are few and slow. Would avoid this hotel like the plague.

The service was horrible, The AC was obnoxiously loud as well as having the roof of the bathroom leaking dirty water, when asked to fix the situation the bathroom floors were left with dirt and moldy water, The fridge was not working and the sink was clogged for two days no workers were there to fix anything. there was no availability for cold water as well as overall poor Guest service. they don’t clean your room unless you go downstairs and ask the reception to clean it, they pay no attention to the button that they specifically put there in regards to room service. do not recommend

Very very poor management. The reservation tried to take payment from Credit Card without our permission via Booking as this caused us a huge problem contacting the Bank in Canada. The management did not acknowledge our complaint. Some staff on reception do not look at you, they keep counting the money or looking at their phones. Very bad customer service. The Breakfast buffet is poor quality not as expected as we paid lots of money for this hotel. (We had rotten food such as yogurt. It was rotten and chunky) Air quality in Hotel is horrendous. Our room smelled like smoke, even though it's a non smoking hotel. We smelled other peoples' food and worst of all, the room smelled like sewage. They overcharge customers for very bad service. This is not fair.
