Ruve Al Madinah Hotel

Rooms may be alittle tight especially when u have cargo luggages. but overall very satisfied with the stay. The distance is just nice to the masjid nabawi. Probably 3 mins walk to entrance. Its near the ladies entrance. Men have to walk alittle more maybe add 1 min or so but hey extra steps to masjid = extra rewards :) The restaurant food is superb. The spread is so generous. We had sick jemaah who couldn't come down to have their meals and the Rest managers were kind enough to allow us to bring food up to the room. The service staff in the restaurant was excellent in particular Waiter Saiful always serving with a smile and helping out as much as he can with clearing of plates. He is so polite. The reception guys were also friendly and helpful. The housekeepers i didn get this particular guys name he offered to change my towels and clean my room the moment he saw me coming back. That's very proactive. He was cleaning my room at 717 on 1 jan in the day. Thanks Ruve for this beautiful stay. May Allah bless all the wonderful staff here. Amiin..

It's a 4star hotel. Rooms are quite small. If you are expecting excellent service, this is not the place. All the rooms have 2 super single beds with a bar fridge, a 32 inch TV, a particularly nice bathroom.

Great hotel Location near to haraam...5 mins walk Not much options for breakfast Wifi in rooms are non existant... Washroom...when you bath..water runs outside shower area (no proper shower curtain nor door)

The bellboy and other workers were amazing! They helped with any issue we had immediately. One even helped my family and I find someone for ziyarat. I give low stars for the rooms because the Air Conditioning was weak in our room- even after leaving it on for hours, the room was not cool. They had an inconvenient AC/light feature for turning on and off the lights and air. The shower would overflow out of the shower into the bathroom because of bad design. The sink was also bad design as the water would just splash all over you even if you tried to open it slowly. We had breakfast there and it was not bad. There was some variety, and taste was 3/5. Location was close to the women's entrance to the Masjid- just a couple of minutes of walking.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families, and here's why: 1. The location is excellent, with just a 3-4 minute walk to the Haram gate, providing convenient access for ladies. 2. The staff is exceptionally friendly and cooperative. 3. The rooms are spacious and impeccably maintained. 4. The buffet offers a wide variety of delicious and abundant food. 5. The overall ambiance is marvelous and well-kept. 6. One more thing to mention is that the housekeeper, Mr. Shahjahan Faqir, is exceptionally responsible, diligent, and efficient. He ensures that our room is always kept clean and well-organized. I strongly recommend his promotion.
