Clean and comfortable with great breakfast options. The best was reception staff: all very helpful with me leaving excess luggage, advising how to get around and offering both an early check-in and late check-out. Thank you Arif, Saif and Monsur - top team!!

Good vibs hotel and great customer service, But I have a mager issue with the laundry department, they destroyed my clothes, one of my best pants and T-shirt are now non usable again, and I make sure with him to take care of them, but he has another opinion, and now I'm afraid to put my laundry again in any hotel because of him. And also they have alarm system could wake you up in the midnight, just because some one smoke in the room, and it's horrifying, you will have headache after that.

It’s my second time at Park Inn and certainly not the last. The hotel is very convenient and value for money is excellent but what always brings me back is the friendliness of the staff and their keenness to make their guests’ stay a comfortable one. Had a wonderful experience with Ms. Abrar at the reception when I needed to get a medicine urgently and she didn’t spare any effort to get me the medicine delivered swiftly and even paid for it until I paid her back. Will be there again for sure.

I stayed there during my business trip. The location is good, you have good food within the hotel and even nearby. Even the 24/7 grocery Tamimi Super Market is across the road which has an overhead bridge in between. The hotel ambience is quite good, quiet,has calm and pleasant atmosphere. The interior is also good. Room sizes are pretty decent, you get an iron stand within your room's cupboard. Coffee machine, capsules, and tea are available too. Bathrooms are good where you can find toiletries, so even if you have forgotten your dental kit you get it right there.

Huge thanks to Waleed for such a wonderful experience, this hotel is my favorite now because of him and I had to share my feedback to appreciate his services. (Outstanding staff) In general this is absolutely a great stay with only one downside; water pressure is very low for a hotel, I mean come on guys my house can do better and this is not what you expect from a HOTEL I hope I find it fixed next time :)
