This is my 3rd time in 4 months that I've stayed in Novotel Thakher and unfortunately the service is becoming worse rather than any better.
1. No housekeeping will be done unless asked and if you ask later during the day, too bad they won't do.
2. Washrooms are stinking.
3. No toiletries, hair dryer
4. Welcome Drink (given to silver and Gold club members) has been downgraded to just water, red tea and black coffee. When asked, The guy at the Cafe said "New Year, New Rules".
5. No one responded when called at the reception, you'll have to visit the reception to ask whatever you need.
Being an Accor Hotel, I'd expect this hotel to improve and not compromise on the values and the service they offered. It's becoming just an ordinary 3 star accommodation and not the Standard Novotel Hotel.
Very Disappointed!
