The rooms were great, and the service was excellent. It's a little far from Haram, but the hotel offers a bus service every 15 minutes. We tried their breakfast buffet, and it was very good. I recommend this place for a stay when visiting Mecca.

Receptionist are need to be trained well and they're not all of them are speaking good English except few. During midnight they have to increase the staff. Because travellers are waiting for long time in the Q. Shuttle service are really good. Anytime they are available in Haram and hotel. Hotel are new house keeping have to maintain the room regularly. Prices is reasonable.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Regarding service : to check in had to wait for almost 1 an half hour , customer service very slow and poor. We had to call the room service to provide with amenities like water, sanity kits. Disappointed with the service hope the hotel management improve their service and train staff to be more hospitable.

Had to book a last minute hotel for our umrah and found this gem. It was extremely affordable. The rooms are really nice and the service is very good as well. The restaurant in this hotel is exceptional. Lots of options at the buffet and they’re all delicious. The only thing is that it’s a little far away from Al Haram but they have a free shuttle that takes you there.
