Amirul Islam Is the best house keeper in the hotel. He has made my stay very pleasurable and enjoyable. 10/10 I would come back to this hotel again. Amirul would always make me and my friends laugh in the morning as he would do his daily rounds. May Allah bless him

Hello, I have a question I would like to ask. I am planning to book the superior king room, however, the room looks very small in the images compared to the superior double room. Is the room big or small? Does the room have walking space around the bed or is there barely any space? I cannot seem to tell. Please let me know ASAP.

Nice hotel but the reception staff need some training on customer service and people skills. I did dua for them so maybe they'll be better

Excellent location and service, facilities are good and very clean. Helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was great thanks to Mr.Saeed and all the staff at the restaurant's 1st Floor

Makarem is a 5 star hotel in Makkah but we had a very bad experience in this hotel and also in another branch of Makarem umm alqura. Very lazy & rude staff of reception. I booked a junior suite with a king bed , but they put one extra bed in my room. When I asked the operator, she told us we can't remove this ,totally worth the experience and give only 1 star of this hotel.
