It's a regular hotel not fancy nor you can rate it 5 stars. However, my stay was comfortable but it didn't meet my expectation as it showed and advertised on booking.com. The rooms need to be cleaned properly because I found dirty windows, the door has a greasy mark, and toilets are not ✨ shining. The good point is that it's near and they can help you to park your car in a public parking space and their driver can pick up and drop you at the parking spot. Overall stay is nice, but there is a lot of room for improvement especially the in terms of hygiene and cleaning.

All services are absolutely unacceptable. Last 10 days of Ramadan charges are too high without any good services. No room services , lack of dining facilities,overcrowded hotel without proper supervision. Unbelievable. 5 star with 1 star service. Management should look into it seriously. The only good thing is bell boys some restaurant workers fantastic service and behaviours. Bell boy Naeem extra helping attitude. With his help manage to find one room out of 2 available. We thank him for his services.

The room, especially the bathroom, could do with a bit more cleaning and odor removal. Also, during our two night stay we've requested housekeeping services twice but they never showed. Otherwise, beds are comfortable, sheets are clean, and the hotel is in very close proximity to the Haram (main reason it's worth staying at).

Very good experience, there stuff are very friendly and helpful. All stuff are excellent. Specially Mr Nazrul he is kind person and very helpful. He does his best to satisfy his gusts. I will book them also the Hotel is so near to holly Mosque (Al Haram).

Makarem is a 5 star hotel in Makkah but we had a very bad experience in this hotel and also in another branch of Makarem umm alqura. Very lazy & rude staff of reception. I booked a junior suite with a king bed , but they put one extra bed in my room. When I asked the operator, she told us we can't remove this ,totally worth the experience and give only 1 star of this hotel.
