I asked for an additional stay for half a day due to late check out reason and i paid an extra 70 sr for that, and i told the guy in the reception to not disturb us during the regular hotel check out hour, and he told me that he will put our additional stay in the system. In the next day around 1 pm while we were sleeping, somebody started to knock our room door, and he turned out to be from the hotel staff asking whether I want to extend our stay or not, I replied to him that i have already extended my stay through the reception the day before, and this is something not good at all which you have just done by knocking the door and disturbing our sleep, and he just replied that he will mark our extension in the room list and started to walk away. Then I asked him that aren't you going to apologies for this mistake, he started to smile and said it is not his mistake, it is the guy who received your extension request and not entering it in the system.
