I stayed here for 5 days from 28-Nov-23 to 2-Dec-23 on room 416 with my wife. Location is good, breakfast ok and lobby was nice.
However, we were disappointed with the experiences we had with the hotel reception and room services:
1. On the date we arrived (28 Nov), reception told us that he had to change our room from a non-smoking single bed to a non-smoking double bed.
Or if we want, we could have a single bed on a smoking room, which we do not like.
The reasoning to change our room is because of the hotel is full, but really guys? we already book and paid online prior our coming so our bookings already confirmed. Hence you need to reserve this non-smoking single bedroom as per our bookings.
Finnally we decided to go with a non-smoking double bed as there is no other choice.
With a condition that the reception guy would inform back max 1 day so we could get a single bed.
However there is NO information and we have to ask again to reception on the 3rd day - only with the same feedback.. really we were very disappointed. Breaking promises and no follow ups/communications = bad services.
2. On the third day, we arrived back at our room by 20.36 but we find that the room service still cleaning our room? Why so late? Soon after, the room service finished cleaning but floor still dirty and no towels. We made complaints to the reception and they only said they will check?
Please do increase your service level and communicate well with your guests. If you have made promise, keep your promise.
