Excellent hospitality and an amazing welcoming from Mohammed Alghamdi and Mohammed alajlani, Spical thanks to them and another man who was with them, they provided me an amazing service and great assistance on my arrival, also a great check out and goodbyes from Mohammed albeshri. The place is amazing, the room is modern and clean. All staff is so friendly especially Mr.Hamid and Muhammad has been very supportive. The food is fantastic and all dining area well manage. All credit goes to hotel management to manage all things...

I had lunch in the restaurant of the hotel and I tried the lintel soup and the Beryani chicken it was very good and tasty, it was recommended by MR.sushanta The restaurant is very nice and clean, very good service, Thank you to MR.kamal for the introduction of the Accor App and how to use it to pay and to collect points , thank you all at the restaurant and keep it up .

Excellent breakfast. Sushant was very polite and courteous and ready to provide service at the restaurant Front desk as well as all staff were very courteous and supportive to provide any support Sarful @ housekeeping was always looking out for opportunity to provide great service so that I’m comfortable Last but not the least Laxman did a fantastic job of spine massage and surprisingly my back pain got a great relief after the massage.

I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
