Excellent tasting, high quality lunch buffet by chef Ahmed. The peppercorn steak was the best. Attentive service and advice from Mohammed and Shushant. The girls at hotel reception were very helpful.

I stayed here for 5 days from 28-Nov-23 to 2-Dec-23 on room 416 with my wife. Location is good, breakfast ok and lobby was nice. However, we were disappointed with the experiences we had with the hotel reception and room services: 1. On the date we arrived (28 Nov), reception told us that he had to change our room from a non-smoking single bed to a non-smoking double bed. Or if we want, we could have a single bed on a smoking room, which we do not like. The reasoning to change our room is because of the hotel is full, but really guys? we already book and paid online prior our coming so our bookings already confirmed. Hence you need to reserve this non-smoking single bedroom as per our bookings. Finnally we decided to go with a non-smoking double bed as there is no other choice. With a condition that the reception guy would inform back max 1 day so we could get a single bed. However there is NO information and we have to ask again to reception on the 3rd day - only with the same feedback.. really we were very disappointed. Breaking promises and no follow ups/communications = bad services. 2. On the third day, we arrived back at our room by 20.36 but we find that the room service still cleaning our room? Why so late? Soon after, the room service finished cleaning but floor still dirty and no towels. We made complaints to the reception and they only said they will check? Please do increase your service level and communicate well with your guests. If you have made promise, keep your promise.

Worst experience ever I came all the way from Texas to visit Jedda and unfortunately i chose this hotel and the Agent told me that my reservation is good for five days but she might need to switch rooms which is weird, Two days later I got a call that i need to check out Cause there is another reservation On the same room … I been in too many hotels and there are way better than this service dont waste your time or money here … Go somewhere else ….. ? ? I would not even give one star

Sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability from all the Food, Breakfast, services down to housekeeping. Truly a great experience. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
