A terrible customer experience! Awful management…
We came to town for sports event and decided to stay in a more upscale place than the one offered by the sports organisers. We booked for 5 nights and wanted for extend for 5 more. We were told we had to move for 3 nights to go back to the original room and were told it would be the same price. When the 3rd move was about to happen, we were quoted a price that was 2x higher! We politely complained that they never wanted to make the reservation in writing (despite 2 emails sent)… we refused and explained that for staying for 2 weeks we would expect a better price than increase in the second week. We found a solution and moved out. Provided a feedback but never heard back, no apology in a failed customer experience. What is more, we recommended the place to another family, who booked a day before our 3rd move and got the “normal rate” (not the double we were given). We are seriously disappointed in how we were treated.
Rooms and nice, modern and spacious, clean. Breakfast for a 5* establishment is not satisfactory.
I will not stay there again because I didnt feel treated like a valued customer. Human experience is everything at the end of the day. You remember how you got treated - message to management.
