Barista Younes is great, very friendly and makes an amazing iced tea.
Rooms are a little outdated, bed could be a tad more comfortable as this is a high end hotel. Showers probably require replacing as water can go cold to very hot quickly and tricky to navigate sometimes. Hopefully will improve post renovation. Breakfast was cold a few times if you get there a little later.
Otherwise, room service was great, great nutritious food you can have in the room. Location is very close to mosque and other amenities. Rooms are clean. Staff are very helpful and regularly check if service is good and if anything is required. They do listen and hopefully beds and showers will be better post renovation.
Cleaning is great, spot on and regularly cleaned. Bellboys always open door for you which is always a lovely gesture and so polite. Intact, some of the nicest staff I have ever come across.
