I've had the opportunity to stay at this magnificent last weekend while attending a concert combined with couple of family celebrations , and I can simply sum up my stay as one of the best and this hotel is certainly the best hotel in Al Ula if not one of the best in the kingdom. I don't think a short review will do it justice. However if you are looking for a breath-taking, relaxation, Digi Detox, delicious food, Spa as you would expect and not to forget their unique Rock Pool & of course exceptional service than look no further this is your place.
I must say that the service here is at another level from the time you arrive till your departure, everyone there is willing to help and go the extra mile at all times, special thanks to all the team members: Walid, George, Mustafa their Bar Man, the HK team are phenomenal, and their secret weapon Mustafa Kasem who would always be there for you.
So if you are for a unique experience than this your place and we will certainly plan another visit.
