I did not stay at the resort but I had a chance to have dinner at Saffron, the Thai restaurant in the resort. As an Asian who has Thai food all the time, I would say the Thai food there is definitely one of the best I have ever had (the chefs and almost the entire team are from Thailand). But most importantly, the quality of service is exceptional. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and they helped me sort out a number of issues including transportation back to Al Ula town. This kind of service is even better than what I experienced at the hotels in Dubai. Although I did not get to stay at the resort, I saw a number of giant, beautiful, modern tent houses. I would be very interested to stay at the resort next time in Al Ula.

Banyan Tree in AlUla is one of its kind resort. The location, nature, scenery and top notch hospitality experience. I had an amazing 4 night stay and would love to recommend it to anybody looking for something unique. I would definitely come back anytime. Thank you everyone for beautiful experience.

I've had the opportunity to stay at this magnificent last weekend while attending a concert combined with couple of family celebrations , and I can simply sum up my stay as one of the best and this hotel is certainly the best hotel in Al Ula if not one of the best in the kingdom. I don't think a short review will do it justice. However if you are looking for a breath-taking, relaxation, Digi Detox, delicious food, Spa as you would expect and not to forget their unique Rock Pool & of course exceptional service than look no further this is your place. I must say that the service here is at another level from the time you arrive till your departure, everyone there is willing to help and go the extra mile at all times, special thanks to all the team members: Walid, George, Mustafa their Bar Man, the HK team are phenomenal, and their secret weapon Mustafa Kasem who would always be there for you. So if you are for a unique experience than this your place and we will certainly plan another visit.

I had a gorgeous and peaceful stay at Banyan tree, I appreciated the small details around the accommodation that made it a beautiful experience like the flowers, scented bathrobes, welcome macaroons/dates and the fire pit. The open view and spaciousness of the villa make you never want to leave. The staff alone deserve 5 stars from the receptionists to the golf cart drivers to Mr. Mustafa the concierge, who offered extra special care and the warmest smiles.
